Whole Keto is entirely email-based. You will receive 21 emails over the course of 21 days. Each email includes a core mindset story along with daily mission and inspirational wallpaper you can add to your phone to keep positivity flowing all day.

Plus, on day 1, you’ll receive your 55-page bonus 21-Day Whole Keto Challenge Workbook designed to help you put your new compassionate, kinder-to-you perspective into practice every day.

Your daily missions will vary in time commitment from 5 minutes to 45 minutes per day. Generally speaking, each mission will require an average of 15 minutes per day.
